Kenneth Allen, a visionary filmmaker, producer, social media content creator, visual storyteller and writer. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Harlem, New York. He has been directing and editing captivating content for industry titans such as The New York Times, Vice TV, Billboard, Vibe Magazine and fashion icon Dapper Dan. As well as assisting the casting process behind the scenes for major shows such as American Idol and Making The Cut.
Kenneth is dedicated to bringing creative visions to life, consistently surpassing client expectations with his unparalleled expertise and passion for storytelling. Kenny Allen's writing style is a mix between his diverse knowledge of films and his own voice gained from the authentic streets of Harlem.
He began as a young film student at the Tribeca Film Institute and furthered his interest in film by creating music videos for underground rap artists. Which then lead him to a digital content job at VIBE Magazine. After years of doing videos and content for many others Kenny established his own production enterprise.
In 2025, Kenny founded Hollywood-Babylon, LLC, a digital magazine focusing on visual arts, cult cinema, underground comics, gaming, art, and fashion. He is also completing his Media Communications degree at The New School.
