Chef Chrystina Casado is the Founder and Executive Chef of Brunch At Zion’s (2018) and Founder and Executive Director of Dine With Dignity, established in 2020 and registered as a nonprofit in 2025. A champion of farm-to-table cuisine, she partners with local farms, including Via Verde and La Finca del Sur, to promote sustainable agriculture, food sovereignty, and equitable access to fresh, organic ingredients. Her cuisine blends Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Southern influences with a deep respect for seasonality and local sourcing. Inspired by the loss of her infant son, Dominic Chrystopher, she founded Dine With Dignity to provide nourishing meals and compassionate support to families facing hardship. Brunch At Zion’s is dedicated to her son, Zion, whose joyful spirit inspires the company’s commitment to hospitality, community, and connection. Through every meal, Chef Chrystina demonstrates how food can preserve culture, strengthen communities, and restore dignity.
